We have an immediate need for a Technical Change Management Analyst

Job Description:

Manage technical remediation work to include negotiating outage windows with system owners, represent work in internal Change assessment meetings, manage change requests through change management process, interact with internal and external technical SMEs to understand remediation work being performed.

• Proven knowledge of the change management lifecycle

• Interact successfully with Change Management governing team as you move Change requests throughout the lifecycle process

• Interact with internal resources as they build automation and execute work

• Managing exceptions, escalations, and cancellations to prevent system instability

• Independently propose new service offerings that leverage automation to further our Server and Middleware infrastructure currency while maximizing efficiency for the GBTS organization

Required skills:

• Demonstrated strong negotiation and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask across multiple channels of interaction (IM, Email, Bridge call) simultaneously
• Strong ability to build partnerships/relationships
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills
• Drive to the win-win while managing conflict/resolution
• Prefer ITIL Foundations v3certification
