Change Management – Business Implementation
This is a client-facing change management role where you will work with regional and global heads of function to implement organizational designs for the change management function where there will be real on-the-ground impacts of change. This will entail assurance that change has been implemented into the lines of business.
You should apply for this role if you have:
- 10+ years track record at global blue-chip or management consultancy
- Substantial change management experience and best practice knowledge
- Experience in organizational design in a global context
- Excellent stakeholder management, communications and analytical skills
- BSc educated or higher from a leading academic institution
- Financial services experience preferred
This is a contract opportunity based London compensated at £750 - £900 / day, initially for six months.
