Change Management -Finance Control – AVP / VP recruitment
Main Duties
To identify, plan and drive change across Asia Financial Control
Responsibilities:
1.Mange execution of projects across all aspects of the lifecycle:
- Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
- Ensure high quality deliverables including business requirements
- Working with IT / Users to identify solutions
- Implementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainable
- Project status reporting to stakeholders
2.Identify and manage process efficiencies across Asia Pac FC
3.Working with key Asia FC stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables
4.Review and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model.
Person Requirements
Qualifications /education:
- Qualified accountant
Note that candidates must either be qualified accountants or be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a finance line role within an investment bank
Experience required:
- Project and change management – may be within a dedicated change function OR as a major part of another role
- Experience working in a Finance role within an Investment Bank
- Business analysis experience
- Process re-engineering
Skills and knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
- Desire to provide top quality service to internal clients.
- Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution.
- Business Objects experience
- Strong Excel skills
