Change Management recruitment
My client is an Established foreign bank in China with long history and strong commitment. Their solid reputation makes them an employer of choice. Due to business growth, a Change Management role is needed to further strengthen middle and back office function in Shanghai.
Reporting to the BU Head, you are responsible for the overall management of new product rollout, business transaction, system development and upgrading, staff and risk management; support hiring managers to review related compliance risk management as well. Both on day-to-day and project bases.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in consumer banking product/sales management, operation management, or related functions; good knowledge of investment and SME products and policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements, and bank system infrastructures. Be able to drive project and communicate effectively internally. Fluent English and Mandarian is a must.
