Change Manager

Our client are a London based Broker/ Dealer, seeking to recruit a Change Manager, to take responsibility for a variety of Operational and Technology projects. Duties will include:

- Development of business case for change, including steering committee presentation for sign-off

- Production of project scope, plan and resource budgets for agreed project initiation.

- Board level stakeholder management, including appropriate Risk and Issue management and reporting.

- Liaison and appropriate management of IT development resources and additional third party service providers in respect of technical developments and external service delivery enhancements required within the scope of agreed project activity.

- Ongoing management and oversight of third party service provision.

In addition to a minimum of 5 years previous Financial Services career experience, ideally within brokerage, applicants will also be required to demonstrate exposure within either: Product Development, Custodian Network Management, or Market Connectivity.
