Change Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a change manager with strong Fixed Income business knowledge, to take on an important delivery role within a forward thinking, successful London based organisation.
The post holder will play a key role in extending the capabilities of the current fixed income business, and so must have a detailed knowledde of end to end processes. They will have strong project management experience, both structured and agile ideally, and will have a history of managing and influencing relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments. The role will require self-motivation and strong organisational abilities, excellent knowledge of fixed income products and the ability to build credibility swiftly at all levels.
