Operations Project / Change Manager – Equities / Securities – Tier One European IB

My client is a tier one investment bank that is looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver against various work streams for Equity / Fixed Income business's top initiatives. This individual will work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across functions.

Responsibilities Include:

Project Management
• Work with the stakeholders to prioritize work and drive milestones
• Develop business case with measurable benefits and costs (and related ROI)
• Manage projects end-to-end from prioritisation, planning, formulation of IT requirements, to testing and deployment
• Analyse and drive resolution of issues and manage expectations of various stakeholders across departments
• Manage and track all project expenses to budget
• Track and communicate project status to team and management

Project Delivery
• Own flow analysis front to back and perform business analysis
• Formulate user requirements
• Collaborate with IT and SMEs on testing
• Design and execute UAT test cases
• Coordinate user training manage any hand-offs to formal training organization

Leadership
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and people
• Capable of setting direction and motivating teams

Relationship Management
• Interact with client managers to define project objectives and priorities within the scope of the project/program/initiative

Skills Required:

• Bachelors' Degree or above
• Minimum 4+ years project management and business analysis experience
• MS Project or other Project Management Software
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Financial Services Industry Knowledge/ Experience (at least 3 in Financial Services Industry)
