Change Manager for fast growing PE company

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within a rapidly growing PE backed leisure group. The appointment will be on an initial six month basis with the possibility of extension. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be fundamental in the leading the service that ensures high-standards of process performance, accuracy, innovation, integrity and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a progressive Finance Director and COO.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for reviewing system-generated reporting and recommending changes, to reduce offline reporting and ensure that the business is properly supported. Responsible for reflecting new management priorities, reviewing the special sales reporting process and identifying ways to automate and simplify reporting. Setting up overhead assessments to automatically allocate central costs to profit centres and work with the editorial teams to reduce the number of sales templates and ensuring that the remaining templates have accurate assumptions supporting them. The role has no direct reports, but it is essential that the successful candidate build strong working relationships with finance and non-finance staff at all levels, to smooth the transition and implement the required changes. You will be fundamental in leading focus groups.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, a qualified Accountant ACA, CIMA ACCA with strong financial controls experience that includes data management, and an expert in finance process management, excellent communication skills and previous business partnering experience. It would be advantageous to come from a leisure or PE background. As this role is on an interim basis, only people on one weeks notice should apply.
