Change Manager – Group HR Programme recruitment
Reporting to the Asia Regional Delivery Manager, you will primarily support and execute the delivery of the change programme ensuring seamless operational implementation against clearly articulated benefits that are delivered on time, within budget and against acceptable risk parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage delivery approach and associated detailed activity plan
- Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements
- Recommend options and solutions that are best aligned to the business and group objectives and/or strategies
- Develop robust project plans that encompass activities to manage the impact of change
- Identify project/programme risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate this
- Provide technical input and change management advice to the business
- Manage stakeholders including involvement throughout key phases of the programme
Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or related field
- Recognised formal qualification in project management – Price2, Six/Lean Sigma, ITIL
- Previous change management experience with exposure to multiple methodologies
- Functional knowledge of HR operations and related technology – PeopleSoft and Oracle
- Process improvement related experience and management consultancy background is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication skills is essential as is experienced in conflict resolution
