Due to identifying the need to streamline an integral part of the South Australian business, this iconic organisation is seeking to appoint a Change Manager to facilitate the process improvement project . Employed on a contract basis for a period of 6 to 9 months, you will utilise your analytical skills to identify cost reduction strategies and communicate initiatives to affected business units. You will ensure that project consequences and impacts have been fully identified and understood and ensure controls are in place to keep the project on track. As part of a core business function designed to facilitate strategic change capabilities, you will be a leading ambassador of Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.
As the successful candidate, you are a change management and business process improvement specialist. Your first class communication and presentation skills will see you interact with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels and your enthusiasm and energy will see you lead this project in a motivating and inspiring manner. You are from a financial services background with an operational focus and have experience in the practical application of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
