Job Title: Change Manager
Location: Bedford
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + 20% bonus + Car
A great opportunity to join a market-leading business as a Change Manager has arisen as part of a major operational change programme. Working within the programme team, the successful applicant will be responsible for driving through change, working on large projects, and ensuring the business sees real benefit from the programme
Key Duties:
- Communicating changes with the business and stakeholders
- Identify risks to individual projects and the programme
- Pro-actively promote change
- Work with the business to understand their needs
Key Skills Required:
-Experience within a similar change management position
- Risk Management / Risk mitigation
- Project Management
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Ability to use various communication methods
This role is an urgent requirement for my client, with them needing to get somebody started in April. This role is a 12 Month fixed-term contract, but will be paid as a salary, rather than a daily rate.
