Change Manager – Liquidity Project recruitment

Change Manager is required to work within the Liquidity Reporting Project to provide input based on expertise relating to small to mid-size corporate change initiatives that impact single function or process change within a department. Normally, initiatives limited in scope to department products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Some may also have significant impact on the ability of the department to effectively deliver products or services. All require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation.

A Change Consultant is responsible for analyzing information, incorporating client problems and concerns, developing and implementing solutions. Also responsible for ensuring effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. May provide input on staffing and budget allocation but does not have actual staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making responsibilities for team. Typically has relevant experience in change management preferred. Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Candidate should have the following qualifications:
Liquidity Reporting experience
Provides overall project direction consistent with vision, strategy, and scope.
Project management methodology experience
Defines and communicates roles and responsibilities for overall initiative
Ability to navigate multiple technology organizations across the enterprise and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Demonstrate ability to facilitate meetings with cross functional participants both domestically and internationally
Ability to manage day-to-day project activities to achieve stated Transition and LOB objectives
Identifies risks, establishes risk mitigation strategy and plans, and manages risk mitigation
Obtains time commitment of appropriate business Subject Matter Experts.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate status, issues and risks
Drives execution of DMAIC phases
Plans and conducts quality checkpoints/tollgates consistent with Enterprise Change Management
Fiscal accountability of project forecast and actuals
Ensures development execution of the work breakdown structure (work plan) and completes other project documents as required by the project
