The key purpose of this role is to manage and deliver Transaction Services change projects, from initiation, through planning and delivery, to implementation and closure, within the agreed timescales to the agreed cost and quality.

- Managing project risks issues
- Managing stakeholders
- Implementing change
- Reporting project progress
What we're looking for:
- Track record of delivering change within a formal governance environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Change Methodologies
- Proven ability to influence at all levels
- Experience of successfully managing and controlling costs to a budget
- Preferable – experience of delivery in to a retail operation
