Change Manager recruitment

We require a strong change manager who is able to effectively and independently drive and deliver on change objectives, project manage specific streams of work and provide high quality business analysis as required.

Day to day responsibilities:

• You will be accountable for the delivery of a specific set of CTB (Change the Bank) objectives and will be expected to independently drive those objectives from point of take-on through to delivery

• You will be required to scope, define and manage business requirements in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders and technology partners

• Specific tasks may include preparation and co-ordination of UAT testing cycles, user training and implementation management

• You will be required to perform business analysis including detailed data analysis

Requirements:

• Demonstrable project management experience within Investment Banking

• The candidate needs to have extensive experience of working in an Operations/Middle Office environment

• Working knowledge of OTC and/or securitised derivative product knowledge gained working within a line middle office or project/change role

• Knowledge of front to back trade flows, lifecycle management and controls

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, high level of numeracy, logical reasoning

• Excellent team working and client relationship skills
