Change Manager recruitment

The Client: A high profile Investment Bank with a reputation for promoting from within and achieving excellent internal mobility.  A very exciting time to be part of the Change programme in Asia and an opportunity to be apart of something brand new.

The Role:  The Change role is working from the business side, of course you will be working close with the IT function but the role is not an IT focused role in any way.  It’s more about Operations knowledge, understanding the trade lifecycle and how that applies to the business.  The majority of the Change role will be driving process reengineering, system enhancements/migration and providing solutions to the business.  It’s important to have a firm grasp of operations as you will need to understand their requirements, why that is needed and be able to relate this to IT.  Ideally, you will know if said requirements are possible from an IT perspective but this isn’t essential.

You: Ideally you will have worked Operations from a line perspective and then stepped into a Change role.  In terms of Products, a broad range of Banking products would be ideal to complete the Change role to the required level.  Ideally around the AVP level or above.
