Change Manager recruitment

Our client is embarking on a major IT transformation program and as such is looking to bolster the change management capability by appointing a Change Manager on a contract basis. To be a success in the role you will be able to demonstrate strong experience in the following:

Scope definition and management: assess the prevailing environment, scope and define the change to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the overall project/initiative.

Change Management: develop and manage the change plan to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget.

Delivery: Deliver change in-line with the Change Management Framework, the project management operating model and Project Execution Framework and Methodology, as applicable.

Stakeholder Management: develop and manage stakeholder communications and engagement including definition of roles and responsibilities as they relate to the change; ensure they remain engaged and committed throughout the change.

Change readiness: ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.

You will also have experience in organisation design and ideally CAPA.
