My client is a Financial Services (FS) company, where the agenda is very much change in 2012 as such we require proven change managers. We are looking for individuals with a 'Consulting Approach'' to change.
You will be a change professional, who has the ability to seamlessly transition a client from a state of BAU through one of change successfully deliver, leaving behind a robust substantial legacy.
Key skills will include soft skills associated around engaging hearts minds, business readiness, change impacts, comms management etc... Whilst the programme of work is around Risk Management we are not looking for SME's, it is more around the change piece but having an awareness of risk would obviously help.
