My client is seeking an experienced change manager to join their busy programme - covering a range of operational relocations/migrations.

The programme involves the relocation of a number of teams and operational processes to both domestic and overseas locations, ensuring all functions are maintained throughout the process. The successful candidate will plan, run and manage a workstream within the larger change programme, and they will be supported by an existing project team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services (investment banking and/or wealth management preferred) and will have experience of delivering migrations projects - specifically covering the off shoring of people and processes. In addition they will be strong relationship builders and will have excellent interpersonal skills.

Role is offered on a 6 month initial contract.
