Part of Worldwide Securities Services (WSS), Investor Operations Services (IOS) provides outsourcing services to asset managers, spanning full outsource and lift-outs to modular offerings/propositions. The Client Change Team is responsible for driving continuous evolution of business capabilities and operating model by delivering changes mandated by the Client in close interaction with the rest of the WSS organization, including but not limited to: Relationship Managers, Product, Technology, Fund Accounting, Cash Administration, Operational Risk, Compliance Reporting, etc.

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess experience in the financial services sector, preferably in
one or more of the following areas/functions: Product Development, Implementation, Operations or Change within a service provider or asset manager organisation and will be responsible for:Partnering with BAU SMEs, Technology, the Client and other members of the Change team to conduct analysis, gathering and documentation of business requirements and processes, including operating models and procedures in support of Client change programPreparation of Impact Assessments to address delivery approach, resources and timelines in response to Client's change requestsPartnering with the Clients and internal teams to develop and execute of test and implementation plans, issue and risk trackingWorking with the client and internal operations teams to prepare and manage implementation plans, including identifying and delivering key milestones and initiating checkpoints with the client at the various stagesAdopt Project Delivery framework to ensure disciplined, controlled and consistent results
