Change Mananger
Our client is a leading financial institution with a variety of opportunities in the change space.
Working within the institutional space, the roles will be suited to people who are strong on process and methodology, with good business acumen and an ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment. The project is run using an Agile methodology which implies a focus on communication with any relevant experience being highly beneficial.
In order to be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Extensive experience in a change management capacity
- Change impact assessment and planning
- Develop change strategy
- Develop solutions for each project within the program
- Track progress against key deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationship with stakeholders across the business
- Undertake training needs analysis
- Assess business impact and readiness for change
- Coordinate and execute communications
- Financial Markets Knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will also be key to this role so if this is something you pride yourself on then this could be an ideal role for you.
