1. Management of a wide range of change activities for a Portfolio of Major Strategic Change Programs encompassing global system implementation process change projects. p

2. Stakeholder management at all levels including sophisticated communication and project planning p

p

3. Managing multiple projects and dependencies p

p

4. Appropriate risk and governance applied at all times p

p

5. Mentoring junior members of staff p

p

p

Requirements: p

p

1. 10-15 years of Project and Program Management experience within the business as opposed to technology p

p

2. Significant financial markets and front to back experience p

p

3. Project Management certifications highly regarded p

p

4. Excellent stakeholder management skills. p

p

5. Appropriate degree. p

p

p
