Change Programme Manager - North west areas
Excellent opportunity for an experienced and proven Business Change Manager who is experienced in delivering a large cultural change programme within Financial Operations. Working at 'board room' level on a daily basis you will be responsible for managing key stakeholders and sponsors, line management responsibility for project/ programme management, planning, design, project analysis and training. Client facing, presentation and engagement skills with the following core competencies are also a prerequisite:
- Process Strategy, Design and Implementation (ideally Six Sigma)
- Experience in a strategy or consulting environment
- Structured project management (ideally Prince2 certified)
- Strong analytical / Excel modelling skills
