Change & Reengineering Manager recruitment
This role manages resources and activities delivering high impact services to the full spectrum of Citigroup businesses across diverse geographies and businesses. Transformation: Manage multiple working groups simultaneously on a diverse range of projects and initiatives. Change Management: Lead business change activities working with front office and Infrastructure areas. Reengineering: Facilitate the creation and adoption of common data standards across Citi EGS via new or existing procedures.
Vendor Management - new or additional products: Ensure execution against the Vendor Management strategy. Managed Print Services across EMEA: Project Manager for the Managed Print Services (MPS) programme. This role is principally responsible for implementing continued optimisation across London, and the assessment and consultation for new MPS activities across the region. Implement detailed project plans and RICA for all transformation and project related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transformation: Align all dedicated GS Country staff by product in agreement with Corporate Services, CSS and the country SCOOs
- Implement full 'buddy process for GS staff as identified by the regional cluster, leveraging the London based SMES to increase country awareness, share knowledge/best practice, and drive change. Build resilience and implement core projects
- Lead business change activities working with front office and Infrastructure areas
- Perform detailed product and people analysis to establish a baseline from which improvement opportunities can be planned
- Identify the major UK key stakeholders within the business. Ensure that regular (monthly / bi monthly) meetings are hosted to discuss existing, and new service requirements
- Define clear operational reporting lines between local CSS, country, and regional GS staff
- Develop robust and measurable Business Cases to capture quantitativeROI using standard financial methods
- Reengineering of workflows and process to provide common and consistent environment across EMEA
- Vendor management of new or additional products: Ensure the application of a robust Controls framework within the Vendor Management function
- Develop client facing MI to enable proactive discussion with the business Research and evaluation of opportunities to introduce MPS into other locations in EMEA
- General support for operational activities in EMEA Document Production
- Act as a MPS SME
- Evaluate existing local country and Shared Services to determine whether these should be retained within GS or returned to the locally supported business.

- Experience leading large, complex and diverse projects or transformation initiatives
- Developed vendor management experience
- Significant client liaison or relationship management experience
- Broad knowledge of financial services products and environment
- Fundamental understanding of controls and associated processes
- Experience of managing change management project.
- Business line experience of leading across the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
- Experience of implementing MPS in a financial services or similar
