Leading Investment Bank seeks a Project / Programme Manager who has a solid experience in leading and managing change programmes and has a background in IT Change and Transformation programmes. You will have experience of delivering programmes / projects across global boundaries and in complex matrix managed environments. You will have a strong background in Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and strong governance experience, ideally with COBIT or CMMI qualification. You must have strong stakeholder management skills and sow gravitas and be used to working in a structured project environment. The role is accountable for leading, planning and executing the governance framework transformation programme for Fixed Income IT and objectives include the definition and deployment of the updated Fixed Income policies, procedures, tools in support of the compliance and performance objectives. You will ensure that the programme scope and objectives are clear and delivered to time, cost and quality parameters. You must be used to working in a fast paced and challenging environment.
