Role

Working alongside the CEO and COO, the core functions of this role will be driving change management, designing and implementing strategy to improve business operational processes and to maximize revenue.

Furthermore, the role holder will be involved in assessing products, processes, services and people, with the intention of streamlining the business from an operational and strategy perspective.

Target Operating Models (TOM), cost allocation and Revenue streamlining will all factor into the job holders responsibilities.

The ideal professional will:

- Have either a Big4 institution or Strategy house background AND Wealth management/Investment Banking industry experience.

- Have previous experience of change management

- Understand and have experience in Target Operating Models (TOM), Cost allocation, and Revenue streamlining.

- Have Business Operations strategy and processes knowledge.

- Have business management knowledge and understanding.
