Full Job Description

This is your opportunity to work for a rapidly growing Financial Services organisation. In this pivotal role, you will work alongside strategic corporate partners to deliver acquisition and marketing development campaigns.

Managing all direct Marketing activity and supporting Communications (online and offline) that are associated with the companies affinity partnerships. This will involve managing a team of 4 direct reports as well as working in a matrix structure with other departments. You will contribute to the development activity associated with attracting new affinity partners and acquisition campaigns to maximise current partnerships. Additionally you will manage external Marketing agencies on a day to day basis to ensure delivery of campaigns and materials.

The successful candidate will ideally be from a Financial Services background with previous experience of managing direct Marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. You will need to have a sound understanding of affinity/partnership Marketing, and an ability to demonstrate creative skills and to take on new ideas and thinking. Top class communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
