Channel Manager – Marketing – eCommerce recruitment

Primary Job Responsibilities:

. Work with our strategic partner, strategize and develop a complete partner ecosystem for the region to identify and onboard suitable channel partners.
. Negotiate commercials and develop special incentive plans to motivate partners to acquire merchants
. Provide empowerment tools like product trainings and sales cheat sheets to ensure channel competence
. Execute sales and marketing activities with channel partners to promote merchant acquisitions
. Conduct joint sales calls, negotiate referral programs, contracts, close deals, and develop and maintain strong client relationships with Channel partners.
. Participate in industry events to promote the company interests
. Monitor market developments and competitors landscape to provide timely market intelligence to aid country strategic and tactical initiatives
. innovate new and sustainable revenue streams in the country via new ecommerce projects and partner programs
. Work with internal teams of Sales / Finance / Legal/ Risk to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in the business.

. Experienced in developing a channel partners community and establishing high channel performance and efficiency
. Skilled in managing channel relationships to extract high deliverables from the partners
. Proven business acumen and success in pioneering a channel business
. A resourceful individual who is results oriented, self motivated and proactive to uncover new and high potential business opportunities
. Strong communication ,interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills required
. enjoys working in cross-functional settings across regional offices
. Proven success record in business development and relationship management
. Previous international work experience essential.
