Qualifications:

Job Goals:
This position will interact with HCM management in the development and execution of a successful channel strategy. Incumbent will also work to coordinate Sales Marketing in the support of our channel partners and customers. Also responsible for supplying accurate forecasts by channel and partner across all geographies.
Incumbent will provide clear direction to all channels, support revenue growth in our key segments such as single use and the generation of hard specifications at the end user level. The Channel Manager will be responsible for supporting new product development and other marketing based initiatives.

Education, Skills and Requirements:

The position requires five plus years of sales or marketing experience preferably within the Life Science Market. A four year degree in Business, marketing or Engineering is required, MBA is preferred. Must have distribution and/or territory management sales experience and possess strong engineering / technical aptitude in addition to excellent presentation communication skills. Knowledge of the life science markets including the drug creation process and related products. Specific knowledge of the single use application areas is highly desired. Travel requirement is approximately 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on the service and development of all channel partners including: Catalog / National, Rigid, SaniTech, and Tygon brands.
• Develop, implement and manage a marketing sales strategy to grow product sales through distribution channels.
• Develop and implement measurement evaluation programs for all channels and to provide progress reports on each.
• Establish training certification programs specific to each product area / channel.
• Develop and implement and maintain contractual agreements with all partners.
• Establish and maintain a Distributor Council to continue to drive the global market and support of our channel partners.
