Job Title: Street Text Fundraiser / Charity Fundraiser / Customer Service (20 Positions available) Location: London Salary: £8.00 per hour + commission Our client is the nation’s next generation of street fundraisers. They call themselves mobile fundraisers because our revolutionary use of mobile phone technologies makes it incredibly easy for people to donate to charity. Mobile fundraising works like this. You stop people in the street, tell them about the charity they’re representing and explain that even a small donation can help. They then text a short code that donates money to the charity. Payment shows up on their mobile phone bill. No fuss, no bank details, no paperwork. Some of our clients are real show stoppers. Our clients Bear In The Square campaign, which got 6,000 new supporters for WWF in just 11 days, was great. A giant polar bear ice sculpture, melting slowly in Trafalgar Square, showed a lot of people just how serious an issue climate change is. You don’t need experience to join our client because the training’s excellent. You just need the right attitude towards promoting causes that matter. Our client hits the streets in teams, usually between 10 am and 6 pm between Monday and Sunday, and earn from £8.00 an hour plus uncapped bonuses. Pay goes up regularly if you're doing well and full timers get 28 days’ paid holiday a year. Holidays if part time will be calculated by every hour you work. Our client welcomes part timers and you would be required to work a minimum of two days anytime between the Wednesday and Sunday, although part time places are limited.
