CHARLES RIVER SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT MANAGER recruitment
The individual in this position is expected to work with developers, vendors, consultants, NCG, and clients. This person needs to have strong technical, business analysis, and critical thinking skills. This person will be working closely with IT and business clients on projects executing out of global offices as well as manage the projects and production support work to be executed out of HK office.
Responsibilities:
• perform troubleshooting analysis and resolution of critical applications and batch processes
• coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• coordinate and participate in testing for in-house and vendor developed software applications
• work closely with business clients and other IT team members (located locally and abroad) to gather requirements, create detailed documentation, and develop and deliver solutions that automate their daily work
• provide analysis and requirements gathering for new Crystal Reports and provide necessary support to existing reports
Requirements:
• graduation or master degree
• six to nine years’ experience working in an Information Technology environment as a business analyst
• four to six years’ experience working with Charles River, or Equity Order Management and Trading Applications
• experience working in the financial services industry, preferred in Buy side firm
• experience in leading team of developers preferred
• experience developing and supporting applications
• experience writing applications and creating queries utilising Microsoft SQL server and Oracle DBMS
• experience with a formalised software development lifecycle process
