Charles River Support recruitment

The main duties of the role are to:

• Support of all Front Office applications. 

• Liaise with the business and IT teams to identify and prioritise tactical developments around the Charles River application.

• Analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements for front office enhancements, associated developments, and projects

• Liaise with business and project teams to ensure resolution of issues and concerns.

• Assist business managers with identifying best practice for business processes.

• Liaise with business representatives to agree prioritisation and progress of work scheduled for Front Office IT.

• Report progress to line management on a regular basis
 

Essential skill sets

• Good understanding of the Investment Management business (front to back) – including order management, trading compliance.

• knowledge of Charles River or equivalent Portfolio and Order Management System.

• Business applications support experience in a financial services environment, ideally front-office systems.

• Experience of the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation support including testing.

• Structured business analysis skills

• Good understanding of technology and its application to the IM environment. Specifically Oracle / MS SQL
