Chartered Accountant required recruitment
My client, a boutique mid tier Private Equity Fund Manager is currently seeking a Degree Educated Chartered Accountant from one of the Big Four for a long term and on going contract role reporting into the Head of Finance. The additional degree would need to be a Mathematics, Engineering or Business focused.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further insight into a successful expanding Private Equity business and a true understanding of their operation.The broad ranging hands-on exposure will suit a Newly Qualified Chartered ACA/CA Accountant that has had direct and hands on exposure to auditing Private Equity or Investment Trusts.
The individual would have previous exposure to the following:
Private Equity Audit Preparation Review experience if possible
Intermediate Excel
Carried Interest Experience
Strong Analysis
Preparation of both Statutory and Management Accounts and possibly someone that has prepared Performance Fee Carried Interest calculations
Performance Analysis
Analysis of Investments
Ensure UK GAAP IFRS Compliance on monthly, quarterly annual NAV accounts
Preparation of management Information to present to the Board
Taxation
