Chartered Valuation Surveyor
My client are seeking a qualified valuer (preferably already an RICS Registered Valuer and Business Valuer) to principally undertake loan security valuation in London and the South East.
Experience in both the valuation of residential and commercial property as well as the valuation of going concerns would be advantageous. The client has an expanding surveying department with a strong reputation for efficiency and quality of service. They are appointed as panel valuers for a number of lenders and are seeking an additional team member to assist and be an integral part of the companies continued growth and success.
The company is a medium sized business with over 15 staff offering a wide range of property related services. A competitive salary, commission and bonus package will be made available to the successful candidate.
