Overview of Chase Private Client: Chase Private Client (CPC) is an exclusive business within select Chase branches that caters to affluent customers. This new business is one of the firm's key growth priorities over the next few years. The goal of the program is to capture a more significant share of these customers wallets by offering them unique products and services. There are currently 16 CPC locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Illinois, with plans to expand to over 50 branches nationwide in 2011. The CPC program is targeted at clients who are householded to, live near or transact at a CPC or neighbor branch with at least $500,000 in wallet (includes balances not held at Chase). CPC clients would have access to an array of unique products and services including: enhanced and expedited service, dedicated team for personalized attention, access to world-class J.P. Morgan investments, special area of the branch for extra privacy and attention, many automatically waived fees and a dedicated 24/7 telephone line. Overview of the CPC Team: We are seeking talented individuals to be a part of the "next generation" of CPC branches. Each CPC branch will be staffed by: an Investment Advisor, a CPC Banker and a Service Specialist. All of these individuals need to exhibit the ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with affluent clients. Overview of the CPC Investment Advisor Role: As a CPC Investment Advisor, you will acquire and deepen relationships with clients through comprehensive needs based selling of Investment products within our branch environment. This position requires you to conform to legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines associated with FINRA, SEC, CISG and JPMorgan Chase. You will also be required to demonstrate technical expertise, strong sales results in investments and fiduciary products, and strong interpersonal skills as well as provide exceptional service throughout the sales process. A successful Investment Advisor will be able to: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships Prospect, manage and retain key clients Understand the client's investment goals and objectives and develop a diversified investment plan and strategy to meet goals using developed models and recommended products Advise clients with complex investment relationships on asset allocation and portfolio construction for strategic and tactical decisions Market and implement investment solutions in accordance with client's asset allocation Communicate current market strategies and portfolio structure with assigned clients Coach Personal Bankers (Licensed) on our sales process and educate them on our investment products and services.
