ChaseWorks Associate CAF Research MIS and Reporting Manager
The Customer Account Research department responds to general and complex inquiries from customers that are received via the mail or as referrals from other departments (primarily the Call Center, Collections, Vehicle Remarketing). Customer Account Research consists of the following teams: Monetary, Non-monetary, Credit Bureau, Title Research and Research Support, and receives an average of 60,000 inquiries monthly. This role is responsible for providing data and analysis on all key aspects of Research performance including items received, items closed, pending volume and inquiry age on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Also responsible for attendance management for staff.
Major Functions:
Reporting:
- Reporting daily/weekly/monthly statistics (received, processed, closed, age) which entails retrieving and compiling data from various sources (e.g. iCAF, QUEST, LSA, PAR, etc.)
- Attendance tracking and scheduling for all Research functions. Report staffing levels to management
- Account Research and Title/Research monthly reports which are distributed to the Research management team and members of the CAF Servicing management team
- Monthly Business Review Template - responsible for providing Research statistics and commentary to be included in the monthly Servicing Business Review
- Ad hoc reporting to support any new initiatives within Research as needed
Analysis:
- Analysis of actual vs. forecasted volumes and service levels and the factors that contributed to the performance. Identification and communication of service issues/process breakdowns both internal and external to Research.
- Analysis of required vs. actual staffing levels to determine opportunities to improve performance
Monthly analysis of service level performance with commentary/variance explanations provided to both the Research and Servicing management team. Responsible for working with Research management team to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement based upon past performance/lessons learned
TEMPORARY POSITION
Hourly Rate: $30.00/hr
Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday
· Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
· Demonstrated ability to analyze data within limited timeframes, recommend alternatives and potential solutions
· High proficiency in database queries utilizing MS Access tools
· High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
· Must possess analytical ability
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in articulating performance against objectives and opportunities to improve that performance
· Ability to interact and partner with all levels of management effectively to achieve common goals
· Organizational skills to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment
· Be proactive, detail oriented, and organized, with good follow-up skills
· Work independently with little or no direct supervision
· Be able to make independent decisions
· Act as a self starter with the willingness to assume additional responsibility
· Demonstrate initiative to learn without formal training
· Show high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
· Experience and knowledge of servicing operations
· Experience with database query writing
