Retail / CD Registration Pricing Analyst Description: A Pricing Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and pricing of all loans as well as answering pricing questions from our business partners. As a Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for the following: Ø Providing excellent customer service by taking inbound calls in a call center environment Ø Accurately inputting loan data into a loan origination system Ø Providing accurate pricing to customers Ø Processing all pricing transactions, including pricing exceptions, while ensuring loans meet Chase guidelines. Ø Completing work requests accurately while maintaining expected department productivity goals Ø Analyzing loans to determine possible issues and then acting appropriately to fix the issues Ø Ability to work through frequent changes promoted by the mortgage industry and risk management Ø Compliance with safeguarding customer information and GAD requirements Ø Adhering to attendance guidelines Code of Conduct Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 8:00PM Schedule: Scheduled hours will be variable, w/ overtime required when volume levels dictate.
