Merchandising Program Manager
The Merchandising Program Manager is responsible for the management and distribution of interior signage across the Chase branch network. This position is responsible for ensuring the branches in the network have the proper marketing, legal and operational signage, including applicable digital signage.

Specific RolesOrder fixtures and required services through the various manufacturers in a timely fashion to ensure a branch is fully on-line prior to the "opening" date.Oversee the installation of standard merchandising and operational signage elements at retrofit branches, including the required electronic merchandising. Ensure satisfactory inventory levels to cover annual projects. Place production orders as necessary with various manufacturers. Resolves merchandising maintenance issues as reported by the branches.Must be familiar with all phases of project management activities, including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning and design, scheduling, contracting and training of design and construction vendors, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure.
Must be knowledgeable of the merchandising and interior signage standards and the production/assembly of the merchandising fixtures, with ability to train contractors and vendors. Ensures consistent execution of merchandising programs across geographic areas, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and consistent brand application.
Responsible for management of
all contractors and
interior vendors related to project, including, but not limited to, training to Chase standards, quality control, product availability, and communication of merchandising standards and changes.Manages timelines and monitors design and construction activities to ensure that merchandising fixtures are installed in a timely fashion following the completion of RE construction activities, in accordance with established standards, branding, contractual agreements, and as expeditiously and economically as possible. In addition, manages the merchandising milestones to ensure proper and timely submittals/approvals to meet project completion dates.Resolves issues and ensures all key stakeholders are informed.Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports communicating the status of each market, budget timeline for assigned geographies.Travels to assigned markets to ensure merchandising project is correctly planned and executed according to national standards as necessary.

Qualifications
10 years project management experience with a specialty in digital signage and/or marketingDemonstrated organization skills and communication experienceAdvanced issue management /problem resolution abilityExperience developing and communicating implementation proceduresAbility to direct the implementation of approved projects through execution; incorporating ongoing process improvements to program project plansAbility to develop standards of measurement for successful execution of programsUnderstanding of retail business issues
