Retail Real Estate Interiors Program Manager
The Real Estate Interiors Program Manager is responsible for the management of the Real Estate interior Sales Add/Retrofit programs, as well as to insure
the Retail Real Estate Construction Services for the interior finishes and reconfiguration of each branch are standard.
This manager leads the program implementation with:Brand
Experience Program ManagersInternal ArchitectsVendors (General contractors, Merchandising Vendors, etc.)
Specific Roles:Management of a variety of multi-discipline construction projects within an assigned designated geographic area for the Retail Line of Business. Must be familiar with all phases of Real Estate project management activities, including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning and design, scheduling, contracting and training of design and construction vendors, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure.
Must be knowledgeable of both interior and exterior brand applications and product families, with ability to train contractors and vendors. Ensures consistent execution of Rebrand programs across geographic areas, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and consistent brand application.
Responsible for management of
all contractors and
interior vendors related to project, including, but not limited to, training to Chase standards, quality control, product availability, and communication of design standards and changes.Manages timelines and monitors design and construction activities to ensure that all phases of work are done in accordance with established standards, branding, contractual agreements, and as expeditiously and economically as possible. Resolves issues and ensures all key stakeholders are informed.Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports communicating the status of each market, budget, and timeline for assigned geographies.
Travels to assigned markets to ensure each RE project is correctly planned and executed according to national standards.

Qualifications
Requirements:3-5 years in real estate management and/or construction services; 4-year degree (project management or real estate)Possess a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results; able to make decisions with a strong bias for actionExcellent project and budget management skillsField-based position with the ability to travel up to 50-60% o the timeComputer proficiency: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.General understanding of branch procedures, operations, job structures, and sales cultureExperience with the development of process documentation and internal control procedures
