As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will coordinate tactical management of new projects with little supervision. Support the development and management of the project's business case. Develop project plan and execution approach. Define client requirements and project specifications. Analyze and discuss the potential risks and benefits of technology solutions. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them, when applicable. Responsibilities: Focus on planning and execution of small-to-large scale projects and may work under larger program Help business Leads by analyzing their businesses and assisting with their process/operational improvements. Manage business/client project deliverable expectations. Lead and participate in progress status meetings at the operational and project level. Provide continuous feedback on project status, offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations. Define and maintain project scope, identifying resources and/or scheduling conflicts. Function as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact. Communicate and facilitate management decisions at the earliest possible time. Understand reporting and database management at the project level. Provide a central coordination point for testing, which may include working with the business to create test plans/scripts. Provide configuration management support for internal technical group. Working with business Leads to complete Business Continuity planning. Provide support for policies and procedures - including all departmental documentation.
