Specialst III : CHASEWORKS*** TEMPORARY In this role you will perform the following functions: Primary function is Dialer Role is to speak with potential leads in a call center environment Focused will be outbound automated call campaigns Warm transfer (or schedule an appointment) to an existing Loan Officer Proficient knowledge of Loan Builder and FSD Manage reporting sales numbers daily Perform well in a Team environment Required Skills/Experience: Prove Sales Skills Self-motivated Team Player Purchase and Refinance Product Knowledge Provide overall efficiency gain for the Sales Team Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage through multiple tasks Proven record of reliable customer service with internal and external customers Quality in the work passed on to the Mortgage Consultant Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook including Microsoft Word and Excel; Navigating the Internet through MS Explorer are preferred
