A top tier Investment Bank is looking for an experienced Network Security/Firewall Engineer with specific CISCO (routers and switches) and Checkpoint SPLAT experience to join their X-product Engineering team. The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent day rate along with the prestige of working in a top tier Investment Bank in a mission critical team.
Checkpoint
Have a good understanding of CP SPLAT and Clustering,
Log onto actual firewalls and understand process on the box, and the ability to provide 3rd level support via the CLI.
Perform troubleshooting via gui and command line.
The role would involve working on checkpoint firewalls performing changes should be a daily activity for the candidate.
Cisco
Understanding/configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches,
Good understanding and the ability to troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP,
