Commercial FM Client Servicesis a division of Group Property that manages all aspects of the property life cycle for bank tenanted and owned buildings. Client Services manages all aspects of the client meeting room facility on levels of Darling Park, Levels 19 20.
The primary purpose of this roleis to:
The role will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of exciting and fresh menu options to the boardrooms at Darling Park. Menus would change on a regular basis and the kitchen would cater for a variety of menu options, from a working lunch to an executive hosted event. The kitchen will also have the flexibility to cater for special dietary requirements on request. To ensure we meet the expectations of key stakeholders and clients of the bank, the presentation and quality of food will need to comparable to any Five Star restaurant.
Your duties will include:
- Excellent communication skills essential
- Assist in achieving consistent results
- An understanding appreciation for traditional modern cooking styles and methods
- A flexible approach in adapting to guest requests
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to maintain a busy section
- Maintaining a high standard within the food hygiene guidelines
You will require the following skills to be considered for this role:
- Must have previous hatted restaurant experience and can work productively in a busy high pressure environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively within a large team
- Must have a strong appreciation and knowledge of formal dining, buffet, canap-s
- Must have the drive for customer service and have a professional approach to the role
