Chef De Partie – £18k + Tips

This amazing, upmarket gastro pub based in central London is looking for a Strong Chef De Partie to assist in running the sauce section

The pub is part of a small, successful and well renowned group that is currently becoming one of London's most talked about small businesses. The food served here is modern European served to a 2AA rosette standard. The kitchen is brand new and has all things needed for modern cooking.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a young, dynamic and forward thinking chef to further their career in a well known establishment.

As Chef De Partie I would expect you to have experience of running a section, preferably sauce. You should have knowledge of supervising a small team and basic training. You should have a good understanding of all cooking techniques, old and new and be able to forward think. You should come from a good gastro background or better and be looking to progress within the company

The salary on offer is £18k with tronc of £4k-£7k working 7-8 shifts a week
