Chef De Partie – £22k
A newly opened restaurant based in Central London is now looking for a Chef De Partie to run the larder section.
The restaurant is a new venture for an established company that already has 2 very successful food operations in the central London area. The newest restaurant is a mix of classic and modern cooking, serving small sharing plates to show of the fantastic cooking of foods from around the world. This is a fantastic company that is going from strength to strength and they have already won a number of awards for their work.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques, work well in a team and be able to manage a small number of chefs. You should be aware of HACCP and be willing to work hours as needed.
The package on offer is £22k working 7 shifts per week
