The most talked about restaurant in London is currently looking for chef de parties to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen.
The restaurant boasts 3AA Rosettes and 1 Michelin star and is sure to get a second star this year. It has been getting outstanding reviews in recent times and is currently looking to expand its team due to high demand of the excellent food that is currently being served. The head chef is one of the most respected in the industry and is well known for his modern approach to cooking. The food served in the restaurant is modern European, serving up to 300 covers per day. The restaurant is not only a great place to eat but also boasts amazing bar and private rooms.
The ideal chef must have experience in 2AA rosette kitchens as a minimum. You will be used to running a section and be confident in the supervision of junior chefs. You will have good knowledge of current food trends and you should understand legislation such as COSHH and HACCP.
