Chef De Partie – French Brasserie
This fine dining French restaurant with 1AA rosette based in central London is looking for a strong chef de partie to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen with the current brigade.
The restaurant seats around 65 covers and is very busy for both lunch and dinner. The kitchen is made up of 8 chefs and the head chef has an excellent background. He has worked for some of the world's best chefs and headed up two 3 Michelin starred kitchens in his career, one in his native France and the other here in the UK. He is looking for someone who can run a section efficiently, controlling wastage and supervising commis chefs. You should be very confident in your cooking ability and it would be advantageous if you have knowledge in French cuisine. Ideally you will come from a fine dining background, have a stable CV and show steady career progression.
The salary on offer for this role is £20000 - £22000 working 7 shifts a week with sundays off
