Chef de Partie Job in Reading, Home Counties Uk
Our client, a 4 star multinational hotel based in Reading is actively looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience in fine dining and has a background in a la carte menus.
Duties include cook, give direction to 3 - 4 staff, prepare in advance food, beverage, material, and equipment needed for service, clean and reset working areas and demonstrate an understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to health and safety.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Chef de Partie with at least 2 rosettes. Must have supervisory, good communication problem-solving, and really creative. Excellent salary and package available to the successful candidate.
