As Chef de Partie working under a chef that runs a great team with real passion and strength you will run your section and develop your junior team. They are all aiming for the same things and is a very good solid operation. The food is a real mix of classic and modern with a few chef twists, as I said the reviews are good and are in the Top 50 for East of England.
These guys do look after their staff and will help develop both you personally as well as your career. You will need a decent hotel background and it would help if you have your own transport so you are more independent, the area is beautiful and full of things to do.
