An excellent opportunity has arisen for a "hands on" focused Chef Manager to join a beautiful BI site in Brentford.
You will need to have proven experience, and able to show you can use your own initiative. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all company policies and systems, health and safety, food safety, pay roll, cash handling and financial control.
- Shows a genuine passion for quality food and customer service.
- Familiar with recent food trends within the industry and high street market
- Responsible for all food and beverage production
- Ensuring client relations are strong and seen as a positive and productive relationship.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Hold an intermediate food safety and HS certificate
- Hold a recognised professional cookery qualification. CG 706/2 or NVQ.
- Demonstrate a proven tract record of running a similar operation
