Cheif Finance Officer recruitment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Responsible to develop the company's financial strategy to maximize and safeguard its assets.
2. Set the divisions objectives, KPIs and Operational plans
3. Responsible to lead the implementation of good financial management systems by maximizing the cash flow and earnings, optimizing the capital structure, and minimizing risk exposure.
4. Lead and implement SAP R3/ ERP system and manage the migration process.
5. Successful full cycle M A experience will be a definite advantage.
6. Implement the necessary systems to control and monitor revenues and expenditures.
7. Responsible for the development of strategies and presentations to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors regarding funding plans, funding alternatives, and associated risks.
8. Lead the preparation and filing of all financial reporting documents required by the Articles of Association, governance and regulatory authorities, including responsibilities for statutory and legal compliance of the financial systems and reporting.
9. Lead the development and implementation of financial accounting policies, controls, and procedures in line with local and international standards and the requirements of regulatory authorities.
10. Set, manage and control organizations' revenue and expense plan and set budgets and report and highlight risks and opportunities.
11. Ensure 100% compliance on statutory and fiscal requirements.
12. Maintain relationship with financial institution in conjunction with the managing director.
13. Act as the organization's representative in its dealings with the external auditors, legal and government offices.
14. Represent the company externally to media, government agencies, funding agencies, and the general public.
15. Report to the Shareholders and Board on the Company's financial and operating results.
16. Responsible for the financial aspects of major transactions, the execution of bids contracts and leases.
17. Take decisions as delegated by the Board.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Should have held a CFO/Senior finance position managing a multi-country region at one of the leading IT or IT Distribution companies

Experience and Education : · A bachelor degree in accounting or finance. · Preferably accounting finance masters or MBA degree. · A chartered accounting or certified public accountant(CPA) or CFA · Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, accounting or auditing, out of which at least 5 are in large trading and distribution business set up. · Deep knowledge of accounting principle, auditing standards.

· Managerial experience and proven leadership Skills/competence required : · Ability to analyze and solve problems. Prudent in financial analytical skills. · Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating and fiscal management principle and procedures. · Interpersonal and influencing skills. · Strong financial reporting and presentation skills · Excellent communication skills in English|(written and verbal) Arabic is a plus. · Ability to examine and re-engineer operations and procedures, formulate policy and develop and implement new strategic and procedures.
